Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Shipping will be based on weight and location of delivery. 

Please consider that all non-US customers are responsible for any duty or custom fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package. 

Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee any shipping times or delivery. Your package may take much longer to arrive to your shipping destination. Please contact the shipping service for more accurate updates. Thank you for your patience. 

Do you do local pick up?
Currently, we do not offer local pick up for orders. 

Which shipping companies do you work with?
We are currently working with USPS on all domestic and international packages. All packages will come with a tracking number. Once items have been packed, a tracking number will be emailed to you shortly. 

How quickly do you ship after items have been ordered?
All orders (unless noted in item descriptions) will be shipped 1-3 business days from the time the order has been placed. 

What is USPS Priority Mail?
USPS offers different shipping methods of delivery depending on your location. Once USPS receives the package, they will deliver your package between 1-2 days. 

When will I receive my order?
The time of arrival depends on the location and shipping methods. Here are some common shipping methods that we will be using:

Domestic:
USPS First Class - 1 to 3 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 2 business days

International:
USPS First Class - 7 to 21 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 6 to 10 business days

My package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.
If your package is marked as delivered, unfortunately you will need to contact USPS or postal service for more accurate details. At times, packages could be misplaced. 

My package is lost.
It does happen. If your package is lost, please email us at sayhi@jasperwong.net with your order # and missing items. If missing items are limited and have sold out, we are unable to resend the same item again. 

I ordered the wrong item or the wrong size.
If the item is wrong or size is wrong, please email us at sayhi@jasperwong.net within 15 days from receiving your item to begin the exchange or return process. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Once item is marked "delivered" to us, we will examine item to begin the process of an exchange or return.  

All items must be unused.
